I am 62 and I live in a windows 7 retail student residential hotel in midtown San Francisco.  I am content.  I have windows 7 retail student several hundred community friends who have all been pursuing the path of living a windows 7 retail student deliberately designed, spiritually oriented and sensual life filled with celebration, dance and windows 7 retail student genuine communication.  Many of us are facilitators of transformational courses.  Others are windows 7 retail student artists, computer professionals, insurance agents and many are holistic healers.  I have windows 7 retail student an abundance of invitations to gatherings for birthdays, holidays, monthly full moon and windows 7 retail student new moon rituals, Burningman, etc.

I often attend introductory transformational and windows 7 retail student personal growth events my friends are facilitating in order to support them and windows 7 retail student also to meet new friends and colleagues in the transformational community.

I also spend time on our private community chat lists and windows 7 retail student Facebook being a personal witness and champion of their brilliance.  I see them as my spiritual children.  Many of us viewed the new movie, “Avatar” and windows 7 retail student were moved and inspired to continue our individual and collective practice of collaborative, spiritually informed and windows 7 retail student courageous living.

Here at the Granada Hotel, I live in another kind of community.  There are windows 7 retail student about 150 residents from all manner of backgrounds, ethnicities, gender preferences, age groups and windows 7 retail student socio-economic status.  They also span the range of sanity.  Many are on mood altering meds or challenged by senility.

Although this windows 7 retail student is an un-assisted living facility, there are people on canes and windows 7 retail student walkers and some have private nurses and take all their meals in their rooms.

Because I am windows 7 retail student on the night shift from midnight to 4A 3 nights a windows 7 retail student week and 2:30A-5 the 4th night, I usually am free to windows 7 retail student email and Facebook on my laptop and it is generally calm.   However, sometimes I am windows 7 retail student called into service as security, calling 911 and acting as house liason with the windows 7 retail student paramedics, fire department and police.  The other night, I got to “talk down” a windows 7 retail student 50 something muscular vet off his meds who was restraining and windows 7 retail student choking a frail gay man in his late 70’s.  I do my best each day to windows 7 retail student see and focus on the spirit that dwells in each of us in every person and windows 7 retail student to abstain from judgment and gossip.  This is a challenging place to take the high ground.

There is a Facebook invitation going around called, “Tag, You’re It”, tagging folks and asking/challenging them to disclose “25 Things” about themselves in order to windows 7 retail student get to know our acquaintances at a deeper, more genuine level.   The invitation is windows 7 retail student to answer the person who sent the request and also share with 25 other friends and windows 7 retail student tag them:)

Here is more than you asked for:)  I am an aging teen who is apparently beginning to write her autobiography,  memoirs….. or at least her eulogy:)

It is EARLY morning.   I am on post at  the reception desk of this residential hotel.  The lobby is empty except for one sleepless man and his clicking walker.
